L. Burridge. "Wellington Cityscape" Watercolour

Beautiful watercolour, not signed on image but artist is identified on Fishers Fine Arts label verso. Titled "Wellington Cityscape" on same label. There is also an early John Leech Gallery label verso. I know nothing about the artist & would appreciate any information anyone can send me.
Tyhe artwork is in very good condition (under glass) & the frame is also very good, ready to hang.
If anyone can tell what Wellington Streets are shown I would like to know.
