Looks like a combination of Charcoal & something else.
Signed RoLusk & dated 2005.
Quite a striking image & the artist in my opinion has a sens of humour. The artwork is in very good condition (under glass) & the frame has a few light marks.
I apologise for the reflections in the glass on the photo, I could not find an angle to get rid of them.
