Undated watercolour "Farmhouse in a landscape" painting is in very good condition. Glazed with non-reflective glass. Frame is solid. Signed lower right. Image size 365mm high x 480mm wide. Frame size 540mm high x 650mm wide.

Because the non-reflecive glass does not allow you to see the painting properly I have photographed it without the frame & glass so you can see it as it should look. I bought this myself as a project when learning framing. As my back got worse I was unable to continue leaning over the framing table so this one never got reframed.
